  First of all this used to be a nice hotel, I've gone a few times with my family and had never been disappointed but my past visit was so horrible that for the first time ever I had to reach out to customer service to complain! The staff were horrible or better yet no where to be found! The pool was filthy and looked like standing bath water, it didn't even smell like chlorine, my daughter loves to swim and that is why I brought her but she didn't even stay in more than 5 min because she was even grossed out. Then we get woken up at 7am from other guests screaming and fighting in the room next to ours but after attempting to call the front desk numerous times no one would answer, about two hours later we go downstairs for breakfast and the police finally show up. Top it off it's a Sunday morning and they were only serving decaf coffee! After reaching out to management they respond with an email pretty much saying that everything I complained about was false, they did not take responsibility for anything! As a long time customer I thought they would have at least accepted responsibility and apologized! I have recommended this hotel to many people in the past but since this weekend I would be embarrassed for anyone to go on my recommendation! .
