  At check in desk clerk stated to the other desk clerk “hold on a minute ill help you once I get rid of these two” referring to my husband and me. Then apologized when she realized we heard her. Less than 2 hours later hotel experienced a power surge. All lights and televisions went out and had to wait until cable rebooted. During this waiting period my husband and I went out to the car. Our room key card would not allow us back into the building via the doors onside of building. We walked back around the building and had to enter through the lobby. When my husband approached front desk. Desk clerk had to reprogram key card. No apologies for inconvenience. Nothing . The desk clerks looked at us like we were bothering them. Unbelievable!! Will not revisit this hotel or recommend to anyone I know.
