  We have an office contract with BMA for a copier, toner, service. They are consistently unable to provide toner in a timely manner, and routine tell us to "go to Kinkos" when they can't deliver it with plenty of advance notice. We will not renew our contract with them. Horrible customer service. Absolutely uninterested in their customers.

  This company used to have great service. They managed our copiers and printers for years, but then in 2011 they began to decline in their customer service. It got so bad that we would be calling them for weeks looking for toner and get to the point where we couldn't print anything because they hadn't delivered the needed toner. I would not recommend them as they are currently
