  Manager was very rude. She seemed upset and annoyed that I had a coupon for my purchase. She took my phone and verified coupon was sent to me, which it was. As an employee she had no business handling my phone, or questioning the coupon. If your company made a glitch on a coupon, that has nothing to do with me. Funny thing is she only asked select few to prove coupon was sent to them. My mom walked out buying nothing. We headed to ford city mall and spent a ton. Don't assume we weren't going to spend, not sure if being Hispanic played a part, but Julia or Julie needs to get a reality check if she wants to continue to work in customer service.
